Head Office & Facilities
Our head office, manufacturing, and distribution center is located in a new business park development on the outskirts of Kingston upon Hull in East Yorkshire. This strategic location provides quick access via the M62, the Humber Bridge, or Humberside Airport, making it convenient for logistics and client visits.
Clients and guests are welcomed to our modern visitor reception suites, fully equipped for meetings and product training. Purpose-built, our factory and warehousing facility is optimized for efficient, high-volume production of diesel generating sets and maintains a large stock of engines and alternators. The main production area consists of ten specialized production lines, each optimized for specific generating set sizes, allowing us to maintain exceptional production speed and efficiency on a global scale.
Our flexibility in production, combined with our vast inventory of engines and alternators, enables us to respond swiftly to high-volume orders with minimal lead time.
Testing Facilities
Our test facility is equipped with modern, calibrated load banks totaling 3.0 MW, allowing us to load test multiple sets in synchronization. Additionally, our remote cooling system supports load testing of sets with heat exchangers up to 3000 kVA. Every single generating set is rigorously tested in accordance with ISO 8528 standards before release to the customer, ensuring reliability and performance.
Warehousing & Dispatch
Our spacious warehouse holds one of the largest stocks of engines and alternators in Europe, with strict first-in, first-out stock rotation. The dispatch area is equipped with modern forklifts and multiple loading bays, enabling us to handle several 40 ft containers simultaneously. We offer a comprehensive range of export shipping solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
